Park Safety & Security Guidelines
Clothing / Attire / Dress Code
Appropriate swimwear, which is durable for use on the water slides/attractions, must be worn. Swimwear must be of lycra or nylon material. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to swimwear. Aqua Imagicaa reserves the right to admit to waterpark as well as evict you from the ride / attraction, and the Park, if your attire is considered inappropriate or offensive. Long hair must be securely tied up. Babies and toddlers, if not toilet-trained, must wear swim-nappies at all times. Lifejackets & wetsuits will be provided at the Park. Swimwear is available for purchase; we do not rent swimwear. Read details about the clothing and footwear policy.
Ride restrictions
Restrictions are associated with each slide, attraction. Note that the use of unsecured objects such GoPro cameras, selfie sticks, glasses, mobile phones, chains, mangal-sutras, pencils, cameras and any sharp objects as well as restricted items are prohibited on several slides. It is necessary to remove, tie, tighten or tuck any loose clothing, such as scarves and dupattas. This applies to sarees, hijabs, and turbans too that pose a challenge during high-speed slides and need to be securely fastened for safety reasons. In the Water Park, cotton apparel is not permitted on the rides. Safety and Security guidelines/protocols shared by staff members must be strictly adhered to by guests. View restrictions here.
Safety
Slides installed and their maintenance is as per International Safety Standards. For every slide and attraction inside, there are stringent safety and security guidelines. Guests must follow the instructions displayed throughout the park and follow each slides, attractions requirements for safety reasons and to prevent injuries. Please follow the cautionary warnings and instructions/guidelines issued by the personnel and ride operators. Please be mindful of any potential health risks associated with a ride, slide, attraction, or activity e.g. Heart issues, back issues, high blood pressure, and pregnancy etc. and also include people who experience dizziness, blackouts, or fainting spells.
Security
To safeguard the safety and security of visitors, Aqua Imagicaa keeps a list of prohibited items. Each and every guest is required to follow safety and security instructions shared by the park staff at all times.
Park Facilities – At Entrance
Information kiosks
Guest Relations Desk and Information Centre is present at the park entrance. Additionally, guests are welcome to approach any staff members to get their queries/concerns addressed.
Lockers & baggage counters
Baggage counter is located adjacent to turnstile and guests can avail this facility. Lockers are rentable at ₹100 along with a refundable deposit of ₹100.
Lost & Found
Located at the entrance is the Lost & Found desk. We request guests to be careful with their valuables/possessions. Although while we can't guarantee the security of your possessions, if a kind person finds something, they may leave it at the Lost & Found desk to help other guests. Be careful with your valuables, please. We advise you to carry the fewest possible items and to safeguard those that you do. We suggest making use of the lockers at the Water Park.
Parking
Parking is readily available, free of charge at Aqua Imagicaa and is serviceable on first come, first serve basis. Be sure to collect your parking tickets and follow all warnings and directions posted in the parking lot. Parking permit is valid only for one day only. Vehicles may be parked at owner’s risk and Aqua Imagicaa management will not be responsible for the safety and security of either the vehicle or its contents or both.
Pets and kennel services
Note, Aqua Imagicaa does not offer pet care or kennel services. Except for support animals used by the visually and hearing impaired, pets are not permitted in the park. We strongly advise guests not to leave their pets alone in their cars for long duration for their health and safety of their own pets. Aqua Imagicaa will contact Animal Services to rescue your pet at your expense (which may involve damage to guest vehicle) and could lead to prosecution/legal action.
In- Park Facilities
Express ticket upgrades
Guests can upgrade their Regular tickets to an Express ticket which allows preferred single-time entry to any of the slides, attractions. Upgrade can be availed at either the park entrance or at any of our upgrade booths located inside the park.
Baby care
Aqua Imagicaa has been designed keeping in mind the needs of our young visitors and their families in mind offering changing rooms, feeding rooms, lounge areas, and baby-switch services to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Strollers
You can hire strollers for your little ones at the park entrance/arrival subject to availability and with a minimal deposit, which is refundable upon return of the stroller.
Wheelchair Facilities/Disability Support
Based on availability, we offer rental wheelchairs at a nominal price. Park is wheelchair accessible including restaurants, café and restrooms. Guests with disabilities who need further information should contact nearest staff member.
Seating & shaded areas
Queue areas for slides, attractions are well shaded.
First aid
In the event of any medical emergency, Aqua Imagicaa is completely prepared to provide first aid with on-call professionals available at all times. We offer first aid stations across the Park and on-site medical services.
Restrooms & changing facilities
Restrooms are available inside the park along with separate changing facilities for men and women. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Baby care room for young mothers and infants is located near the wave pool.
Photography & Delightful Memories
Guests are welcome to bring their own cameras to use for casual photography. DSLR cameras with detachable lens and action cameras are accepted. Action camera accessories are prohibited. The park is not accountable for any loss or damage. There are limitations on the use of photographic equipment and hence guests are required to abide by staff-issued safety and security instructions. Alternatively professional staff photographers will be available throughout the day to click guest pictures. There is also an option of hiring a photographer for the day by making an online reservation, or at park entrance.

Breakfast
Guests can enjoy Aqua Imagicaa healthy and sumptuous breakfast options, everyday 10.00 am onwards.
Alcohol
We neither permit nor serve alcohol.
Food options, allergies & cuisines
Aqua Imagicaa has total 4 restaurants and 1 beverage kiosk that serves various pure vegetarian dishes, range of quick bites and beverages. Jain food options are also available at every restaurant. Visit our list of restaurants for more details. Please speak with the Executive Chef for a specially curated menu, in case you have food allergies. All of our restaurants have high seats so that our young guests can have the same wonderful dining experience.
