  Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. Outside alcohol is not permitted inside Aqua Imagicaa Indore park premises.

• What should I do if my group gets separated?

  For your convenience, we advise groups to decide on a common meeting spot before they begin exploring the park, as it can be challenging for staff to reunite you if you get separated

  Even if you’re not planning to swim, you’ll still need to purchase a ticket to enter Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park.

• What’s your policy on ticket refunds and cancellations?

  We understand that plans can change! While we don’t offer cancellations, you can reschedule your visit. Just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date. • What should I do if I don’t receive my ticket confirmation?

  Each Aqua Imagicaa Water Park slide, attraction at Indore has its own height and weight limits. We strongly recommend checking the safety instructions for each ride before you go on.

  Yes, Tyvek bathing suits are allowed at Aqua Imagicaa Indore.

• Can I bring my own tubes and floats for the Wave Pool at Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park?

  We allow inflatable tubes and arm floats, especially for kids. You can also buy them at the park retail store.

• Are volleyballs, Frisbees, or beach balls allowed inside Aqua Imagicaa Water Park, Indore?

  Inflatable beach balls are allowed here. However, Frisbees and volleyballs are not, but you can buy beach balls at Aqua Imagicaa Indore park.

• Where can I buy a life jacket, and does the park provide them?

  We provide life jackets for rides that require them. You’ll find them at those particular ride locations.

• Is wearing a swimming cap mandatory at Aqua Imagicaa Indore?

  No, swimming caps are not required.

• Do infants and toddlers need to wear swim diapers at Indore Water Park?

  Yes, all diaper-aged children must wear approved swim diapers in Aqua Imagicaa Indore pool area. Request that diapers be changed inside the baby care/feeding room or restrooms and not on the pool deck.

  Aqua Imagicaa Indore guest parking opens 9.00 AM onwards and is chargeable. Charges for Bike - ₹50, Car - ₹100, Bus - ₹200

  If special assistance is needed, guests can inform the on-duty parking assistants upon arrival at Aqua Imagicaa Indore, and we’ll make our best efforts to accommodate, based on availability.

• Is water safety ensured at the park? Are lifeguards on duty?

  Yes, we have trained lifeguards at all of our Aqua Imagicaa Indore attractions. Our lifeguards undergo rigorous training, and our first aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians.

• Can I still use Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park rides, attractions if I have a leg/arm in plaster?

  We strongly advise guests with medical conditions that limit their ability to move to avoid using any of Aqua Imagicaa Indore, slides or attractions .

  We have a wide variety of restaurants offering a range of cuisine options ranging from Indian thalis to pan-asian combo meals to delicious burgers accompanied by refreshing mocktails and cocktails. We also have servicable counters.

  We don’t take reservations in advance, but feel free to place your order when you arrive at any of restaurants inside Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
