Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. Outside alcohol is not permitted inside Aqua Imagicaa Indore park premises.
For your convenience, we advise groups to decide on a common meeting spot before they begin exploring the park, as it can be challenging for staff to reunite you if you get separated
Each Aqua Imagicaa Water Park slide, attraction at Indore has its own height and weight limits. We strongly recommend checking the safety instructions for each ride before you go on.
We at Aqua Imagicaa Indore always aim to keep the rides open for you to enjoy. However, in cases of maintenance, safety concerns, or bad weather, some rides may be temporarily closed. They will be reopened as soon as it's safe for the public.

We have a wide variety of restaurants offering a range of cuisine options ranging from Indian thalis to pan-asian combo meals to delicious burgers accompanied by refreshing mocktails and cocktails. We also have servicable counters.
We don’t take reservations in advance, but feel free to place your order when you arrive at any of restaurants inside Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
While all of our restaurants serve vegetarian meals, for a pure vegetarian fare visit Bay View restaurant that serves Jain options as well.
You can pay for admission with cash, debit cards, credit cards, or UPI. For dining and shopping, cashless payment options are accepted at all locations inside Aqua Imagicaa Indore park.
At Aqua Imagicaa Indore, lockers are available for rent at ₹200 with a ₹100 refundable deposit. Tubes can be purchased from the retail store.
We recommend leaving valuables at home, but if you bring any, you can use the locker service for a rental fee of ₹200 and a refundable deposit of ₹100.
Yes, we do provide wheelchairs for those in need to facilitate the ease of movement inside the park
Our Aqua Imagicaa Indore team is equipped to offer first aid and medical help at the park and will assist in directing guests to a nearby hospital for any further medical requirements.

Aqua Imagicaa Indore guest parking opens 9.00 AM onwards and is chargeable. Charges for Bike - ₹40, Car - ₹80, Bus - ₹200

Yes, we have trained lifeguards at all of our Aqua Imagicaa Indore attractions. Our lifeguards undergo rigorous training, and our first aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians.
We strongly advise guests with medical conditions that limit their ability to move to avoid using any of Aqua Imagicaa Indore, slides or attractions .
Separate changing facilities are available for men and women at Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park.
The ATM facility is currently unavailable at Aqua Imagicaa Indore park; however, we kindly encourage the use of alternative payment options like UPI, debit/credit cards etc.

Even if you’re not planning to swim, you’ll still need to purchase a ticket to enter Aqua Imagicaa Indore Water Park.
In case of ticket cancellation, 25% of ticket amount will be deducted, and the remaining 75% will be refunded. This policy is applicable only for cancellations made prior 24 hours to the Visit. We understand that plans can change! While we don’t offer cancellations, you can reschedule your visit. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled date. For Men: No V-cut or U-trunk swimwear allowed. Beach shorts, jammers, or tights made of polyester, nylon, or lycra are fine. You can also buy water park wear at the park stores. For Women: . Salwar kameez, burkhas, and sarees are not allowed. . Swimwear, tights, and tees in polyester, nylon, or lycra fabric are permitted. . Water park wear is available for purchase in-store. For Kids: . Swim wear/ Beach wear in in polyester/nylon/lycra fabric allowed . Swimwear or beachwear made from polyester, nylon, or lycra fabric is allowed. Water park wear is also available for sale at the park stores.
Yes, Tyvek bathing suits are allowed at Aqua Imagicaa Indore.
We allow inflatable tubes and arm floats, especially for kids. You can also buy them at the park retail store.
Inflatable beach balls are allowed here. However, Frisbees and volleyballs are not, but you can buy beach balls at Aqua Imagicaa Indore park.
We provide life jackets for rides that require them. You’ll find them at those particular ride locations.
No, swimming caps are not required.
Yes, all diaper-aged children must wear approved swim diapers in Aqua Imagicaa Indore pool area. Request that diapers be changed inside the baby care/feeding room or restrooms and not on the pool deck.
At the Aqua Imagicaa Indore retail store, you can find swimwear, t-shirts, towels, skincare products, and other useful items for purchase.
