- What time does the Water Park open?
Aqua Imagicaa Water Park is open all days from 10:00 A.M. to 4.30 P.M.

- How can I get in touch with you?

- Can I exit the park and re-enter the park on the same day?
Guests who have exited the park exit, re-entry for them into the park is not allowed.
- When may I call if I want to speak with someone directly?
Guests can call the Aqua Imagicaa dedicated Customer Care Centre on 022 – 69660000 daily between 9.00 A.M. to 9.00 P.M. and our guest relation executive will be happy to help you. In case we miss your call; be rest assured our guest relation executive will get in touch at the earliest.
- Are smoking and alcoholic beverages permitted here?
Yes smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking zone only.
- What if my group gets split up?
We recommend guests in a group to decide a meeting point before entering the slides, attractions as it may not be possible for Aqua Imagicaa staff to locate group members.
- Who should parents report to, if they can’t locate their children?
Parents can contact the nearest on-ground staff (GREs) member for assistance.
Ticketing FAQs
- How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase your park tickets online up to 24 hours in advance, or book them via the call centre, any online travel aggregator sites, official travel agents or at the park ticketing counter. Debit cards, credit cards, UPI and online banking are all acceptable forms of payment. Please remember to double-check your online purchase transaction before submitting your payment.
- What are the Ticket Counter Timings?
Ticket counter will open 10.00 A.M. onwards
- How do I arrange and confirm a group trip?
For groups of 50 or more please contact our call centre on 022 – 69660000 anytime between operational hours of 9.00 A.M. to 9.00 P.M. and our guest relation executive will be happy to assist you.
- Does Water Park have a Birthday Party package?

- Do you have combined package – Park Ticket and Food?
Yes, we do offer combo packages starting INR 1099+GST onwards.
- If I'm not going to enter the water, do I still need to pay?
Yes, you will need to purchase a ticket to enter the park.
- What are ticket refund and cancellation policies?
.We understand that plans can change, and to ensure you don’t miss out on the fun, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your visit as cancellation option is not permitted. To reschedule, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your originally booked date. A rescheduling fee of ₹100* per ticket for the Water Park (plus applicable taxes) applies. - What should I do if I don’t get a copy of ticket confirmation?
On completion of payment, note down the Transaction Id and Itinerary No. while awaiting the confirmation email. Else call us at 022 – 69660000 for further details.
Ride FAQs
- What are the height, weight requirements and depth of water for the rides?
All slides have different height and weight restrictions. We recommend that you read all the safety instructions before entering any slide.
- Will there be any rides closed when I visit the park?
Aqua Imagicaa management works hard to provide the best entertainment experience possible. Your safety is the most important part of that experience. All efforts are executed to keep the rides operational though in the event of maintenance, safety related issues or severe weather etc., we may need to keep slides non-operational. The attractions will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
- What about my eye glasses?
Please read the ride safety instructions before entering any slide/attractions.
Dress Code and Retail FAQs
- What is the dress code policy to be adhered at the park?
Clothing for Men:
. V-cut , U-trunk swimwear not allowed
. Beach shorts / jammers / tights in polyester/nylon/lycra fabric allowed
. Water park wear also available for sale in stores
Clothing for Women:
. Salwar kameez, burkha, sarees strictly not allowed
. Swim wear/ Tights & Tees in polyester/nylon/lycra fabric allowed
. Water park wear also available for sale in stores
Clothing for Kids:
. Swim wear/ Beach wear in in polyester/nylon/lycra fabric allowed
. Water park wear also available for sale in stores - Are Tyvek bathing suits allowed to be worn in the park?
Yes, they are allowed.
- Are tubes and floats other than those that Water Park provides allowed in the Wave Pool?
We allow inflatable tubes and arm floats that guests may bring from outside especially kids. Guests can also purchase them from the park retail store.
- Are volleyballs, Frisbees, and beach balls permitted in the park?
Inflatable beach balls are allowed. Frisbees and volleyballs are not allowed. Same may be purchased in the Park.
- Where can I purchase a life jacket and does Aqua Imagicaa Water Park provide them?
Yes we do provide life jackets. These will be available for the rides where life jackets are required.
- Is wearing a swimming cap, mandatory?
No, swimming cap is not mandatory.
- Are infants or tiny toddlers required to wear swim diapers?
All diaper aged children/infants/tiny toddlers must wear approved swim diapers while inside the pool area. Diapers must be changed inside the baby care/feeding room or restrooms and not on the pool deck.
- What products are available in the water park?
Aqua Imagicaa Water Park retail store offers various merchandise such as swimwear, t-shirts, towels, utility products, skin care products etc. that are available for purchase.
Service Facility FAQs
- Are towels, lockers and tubes available for rental?
Lockers may be rented. Tubes are free for adults and can be purchased for kids. Locker Rent: ₹ 100, Deposit: ₹ 100.
- My valuables, what can I do about them?
We advise guests to leave their valuables at home. If guests do carry any valuable items; recommend availing the locker facility to store them on a rental fee of ₹100 & refundable deposit ₹100.
- Does the park permit the use of wheelchairs?
Yes.
- What if any guests need medical care/assistance?
We provide first aid and medical help at the park and also assist, direct guests to a hospital nearby for any other medical/health related requirement
- Where can I obtain details for guests in need of medical assistance?
First aid will be provided at Medical Centre inside the park.
- What can I do if I lose something?

- What is the guest parking time and charges?
Guest parking is free and opens 9 AM onwards
- Do guests with disabilities have a designated parking space?
No. On arrival they may inform the Parking assistants of the requirement. Based on availability and possibility, best efforts shall be made
- What about water safety? Do you have lifeguards on duty?
Yes. We have trained lifeguards for all of our attractions. All our lifeguards undergo rigorous training. In addition, our first aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians.
- My leg/arm is in plaster. Can I still use your rides?
We strongly recommend guests not to use any Slides or attractions if they have any medical/health conditions that limits their ability to move about.
- Do you have changing facilities?
Yes. There are separate changing facilities for men and women respectively.
- Can I withdraw cash? Is there any ATM facility?
Yes. An ATM is located at the park entrance, adjacent to the ticketing counter.
- Can I celebrate my birthday or a particular event at Water Park?
Yes, you can celebrate birthdays at Aqua Imagicaa Water Park.
- Can I bring my dog into Water Park?
Aqua Imagicaa does not provide pet care or kennel services and pets are strictly not permitted in the water.
- Is Wi-Fi facility available?
No, currently we don’t have Wi-Fi facility available.
Food FAQs
- What food and drinks can I bring in to Water Park?
Apart from infants and expecting mothers, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the park.
- What kind of restaurants are there in the park?
We have different types of restaurants in the park that serves popular range of pure veg and Jain options across different cuisines.
- Can I reserve my choice of menu in advance with the restaurants?
No, however you can place your order and we will be happy to assist you.
- Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Only vegetarian meals along with Jain options are offered and served at all our restaurants.
- How can I pay for admission, food, and souvenirs?
We support multiple forms of payment modes – cash, debit card and credit card or UPI. For purchasing Food and Retail Products you may use Cashless Payment options which are redeemable at any restaurant or retail store.
