- How does the Magic Pass work?
One Magic Pass is valid for one person only. Simply choose any 4 out of the 7 available parks to visit and present your physical pass at the entrance.

- How long is the Magic Pass valid?
Your Magic Pass will be valid for one full year from when date of purchase
- Can I renew my Magic Pass?
You can buy a new Magic Pass to enjoy all the benefits, as it cannot be renewed once it expires.
- Can I purchase the Magic Pass directly at any of the Parks?

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.Not applicable on Packages available on website.
- Can Magic Pass Regular Access be upgraded to Express Ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee
- What is the refund policy for Magic Pass?
All sales of the Magic Pass are final; refunds are not available
- What is the fee for replacing a lost, stolen, or damaged card?
If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.
- What are the exclusions or limitations of the Magic Pass?
Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items
Terms & Conditions
- Avail 4 visits to any parks across locations enlisted within 1 year. Guest can visit 1 park multiple times (Max 4 visits)
- This is not limited/restricted to park/location combination e.g. guest can visit, redeem any park or location multiple times in the 4 visits

- Guests may not avail more than 1 entry ticket on 1 day
- Magic pass must be presented by the guest at the Park Admissions for redemption at every visit irrespective of location/park
- Magic Pass is non-refundable, non-saleable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- Magic pass cannot be renewed after its date of expiry, irrespective of all 4 visits are claimed or not. Guest will have to purchase a new Magic pass
- Magic Pass will expire if not activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase, and upon expiration, it cannot be activated or have park reservations scheduled for it
- No refunds will be given on Magic pass
- If Magic pass is lost / misplaced / stolen it will be reissued for an additional fee of ₹200
- Soiled / damaged card will not be accepted
- Other offers cannot be combined with Magic pass. Blackout dates apply like Holi, New Year or any other special events announced from time to time and explicitly mentioned on respective park website
- Standard All Parks’ rules, regulations, terms and conditions shall apply
Retail Voucher T&C
- Avail 20% discount on Aqua Imagicaa branded merchandise only
- This merchandise voucher is valid on a minimum purchase of ₹350 in a single bill
- Valid to redeem at the Main Retail store only
- Guest has to show their Magic Pass at the Main Retail store along with the merchandise voucher to avail the offer
- Food and beverage options available for redemption with the Magic Pass food voucher may vary by location and park
- This voucher is valid for redemption on the same day of your visit
- Valid for one person & time use only
- This offer voucher is not applicable for redemption on chocolates, candies & MRP products.
- Not applicable for redemption on website and cannot be used for redemption inside any restaurants at the park
